10/27/08 Boy Scout Troop 411 Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:07, on Monday, October 27, 2008 Present were: Brian D, Miles D, Jeffrey M, Andy M, Austin K, Timmy W, Garnett D, Torin B, and Brandon A.

Upcoming events:

Troop meeting 11/3/08 – This meeting will comprise of each patrol bringing in almost any (clean-ish) recyclables’ in order to make a contraption that will be decided by your patrol. For more details, email your patrol leader.

Citizenship in the Community MB 11/3/08 – No information yet, email the Dale W for any details.

Steak night wolverines 11/8/08 – Setup and take down for the Sno – Valley Senior Center steak dinner, must arrive at 1:00 and be back to take down at 9:00 (very sorry for my earlier mentions of 7:00). If you can’t be there you MUST find a replacement.

OSR town flags 11/10/08 – The OSR patrol leader (Blaine N) will send out details as to a time to set up.

Patrol Meeting 11/10/08 – E-Mail your patrol leader for details.

Whirleyball 11/15/08 – A wacky mix of bumper cars and lacrosse, 7 – 9 at the Edmonds Whirleyball place. Please E-Mail Brandon A for details.

Troop meeting 11/17/08 – Requirements for younger scouts will be worked on in efforts to fulfill some requirements. Flashlight tag will take place afterwards by the skate park, so bring a good flashlight.

Day Hike 11/22/08 – (9:00 – 9:30? Not sure about a time) day hike from Duvall to Carnation on the Snoqualmie Valley Trail. Once we hit carnation we will have food and activities at a certain place yet to be determined. Email Brian D for more information.

Xmas Box Party 12/13/08 – The LAST XMAS BOX PARTY FROM BRIAN. We play Xbox at Brian’s house until he gets sick of us and kicks us out. Email Brian D for more details.

Early or middle of January – Garrett’s snow outing that unfortunately cancelled after last years large amount of snow will be hopefully rescheduled for the first or second week in January.
